Yes. You were sent a new online banking ID and temporary password via U.S. Mail. You will need to use this online banking ID and temporary password to reactivate your Online Banking account; at which time you will be prompted to change your password.

Yes. After you have logged into the Online Banking system on or after Monday, June 29, 2009, using your online banking ID and temporary password, you will be automatically prompted to change your password. Passwords must be 6 - 8 characters in length and must be alphanumeric. You may want to consider changing your password periodically for your security. This can be done by selecting "options" on the Online Banking navigation bar and completing the information requested to change your password.
Yes. You can create a new online banking ID to replace the 12-digit online banking ID that you have been assigned. Your online banking ID must begin with a letter and may contain numbers. Your online banking ID cannot contain special characters. Select "options" on the online banking navigation bar and complete the information requested to change your online banking ID.
For enhanced system security, you will be prompted to establish personalized settings by selecting an image and three security questions.
The new Online Banking system will be ready to use at 9 a.m., June 29. Bill Pay will be ready to use at 9 a.m., June 29.
All transfers that you scheduled prior to June 17, to occur on any date, have been converted to your new Online Banking account and will be processed as usual.
Yes. You will need to re-create your alerts on the new Online Banking system.
Single sign-on will make it easier for you to access your Business Online Banking account. Instead of having to enter the 12-digit online banking ID and password and your online banking ID and password you will now only be required to enter your single sign-on ID and password.
The first time you logon, go to our website at www.capitolnational.com and click the link to access our new Business Online Banking system (please note that there will only be one logon button for Personal and Business Online Banking) and follow these steps to access your Business Online Banking account and establish your single sign-on:
Please note that you must provide this new password, along with the 12-digit Online Banking ID from step one, to all other users.
Due to our security measures to protect your privacy, we cannot access your account set-up to review or make changes to any of your settings. Therefore, as the administrator of your Business Online Banking account, you will need to verify any other users' settings. You can access the settings by clicking on the Business Online Banking tab in the new Business Online Banking account and selecting the User option. After you verify the settings, you will need to provide users with their new online banking ID and password.
No. The new Business Online Banking system does not have the ability to grant partial administrator rights. If you currently have a user with partial administrator rights and would like them to have access, you will have to set them up with full administrator rights.
Yes. You should review and validate your ACH batch templates on the new system.
